Bryan is a seasoned 29-year industry veteran with experience managing teams of architects, engineers, financial institutions, general contractors, subcontractors, etc. and effectively executing all phases of complex real estate, construction, and economic developments from conception to completion.
As Director of Client Relations for CJR, Bryan utilizes his passion for the community and developing relationships while acting as a conduit between the communities we serve. With Bryan's leadership, CJR's goal is to build long-term sustainable partnerships with its clients and trading partners, and "Build Communities" that create opportunities for others to prosper and utilize.
Charles is a licensed Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 25 years of high capacity construction experience in all phases of construction and project management, including full accountability for budgets, scope of work, scheduling, contracts, and working directly in conjunction with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure multiple project deliveries from concept to closeout.
Charles' diverse experience has allowed CJR to provide vertically integrated services in development, engineering, construction, and project management to trade partners and clients.

With over 25 years of experience and roles in carpentry, project management, field supervision, and operations - Rondale has a wellrounded knowledge of all phases of construction. He has managed multiple projects simultaneously and has demonstrated expertise in leading, directing, and coaching versatile workforces.
