Christine is the founder of CMB Life Connections, LLC. She is a Certified Life Coach and Licensed Master Social Worker who has both professional and personal experience in addressing and overcoming barriers that often keep us from completely loving, accepting, and providing the best care to ourselves. She brings with her over 14 years of practice experience in working with individuals and families in both crisis and persistent situations. Christine is highly skilled in helping clients identify and resolve thinking patterns and behaviors that hinder us from fully experiencing our greatest asset...ourselves. She also specializes in partnering with clients to develop healthy habits to facilitate self-love, self-care, and self-acceptance practices. Christine has a passion for helping people, and seeing everyone enjoy true happiness while embracing life.
