Brian Duling is the CFO overseeing all financial operations and accounting for the company. Mr. Duling is a senior financial executive with over 25 years' experience as a CFO, consultant, and board member for both private and publicly held high tech firms. He has worked exclusively in high tech industries - including wireless telephony, IT consulting, GPS, video surveillance, cloud computing, and software development (SaaS) industries. He was the VP-Finance and CFO for then-SBC Communications (NYSE: T) subsidiary Cellular One-Chicago, and has additional public company experience from serving as CFO for Trimble Mobile Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Trimble, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRMB).
Mr. Duling has also held equity positions in three privately held start-up companies, where as CFO he helped lead all three organizations to rapid, profitable growth and successful acquisitions by publicly held firms. He currently sits on the fiduciary board of directors for Gainey Business Bancorp in Scottsdale, AZ and Cameo Global, Inc.
Mr. Duling has a Bachelor of Business degree from Western Illinois University and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago, IL.
Mr. Jha holds several advanced degrees, including a Master of Science from London University. He has also taught advanced technical courses at California State University and other institutions of higher learning.

Kishore Jha is a co-founder of Cameo Global, Inc. (CGI), and the Chief Operating Officer of CGI. In this role Mr. Jha integrates the operations of the company across diverse offerings, broad geographies and oversees services to a premier, global customer base. Mr. Jha brings deep industry knowledge and extensive technical experience to the team. Prior to his role as Global COO, Mr. Jha was Global CEO of STS International, Inc. and a member of the Board of Directors. In nearly 20 years with STS, Mr. Jha acted in various executive capacities and has been responsible for driving the company's quality delivery and financial performance for the recent decade. In his early career, Mr. Jha held engineering positions with the Fluor Daniel Corporation and the London Fire Brigade.
Mr. Verhees joined Cameo Global, Inc. (CGI) in November 2010 and became CEO of Cameo Global, Inc. in January 2015. During Mr. Verhees' tenure with CGI he has guided the company through 200% growth in revenue and expanded the company's global footprint to operate in 8 countries, 18 States of the USA and has developed CGI capabilities for project execution in over 100 countries a year.
Prior to becoming CEO, Mr. Verhees was Global Director, Sales for CGI bringing his more than 15 years of experience to bear on the growth opportunities at CGI. Since joining Cameo Global, Mr. Verhees has significantly expanded the business in Europe and Asia Pacific, creating growth for the Cameo Global team of 250 percent over 2010 results in these markets. Formerly, Mr. Verhees has held positions of progressive responsibility in Information Technology including Chief Operations Officer for Integrated Network Services, a global technology services supplier, and Director Global IT Projects for British Telecom, a major international technology firm.
Mr. Stockton is one of the founding members of Cameo Global and acted as General Manager of the Company until January, 2015 when Mr. Verhees was promoted to Global CEO. Mr. Stockton still functions as the internal entrepreneur and visionary for the company. An accomplished information technology consultant in his own right, Mr. Stockton also serves as the Company's internal marketing professional and often acts as executive sponsor for major projects.
Prior to founding Cameo Global (under the original name of STS) in 1993 Mr. Stockton worked as a business manager and technical consultant for the Fluor Daniel Corporation for over 15 years.
Mr. Stockton holds both Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from California State University and has done graduate work at University of California, the University of Arizona and is currently pursuing a PhD from International School of Management based out of Paris, France.
