Bob Esdale

Bob is the lead advisor and founder of Esdale Wealth Advisors. Although he works with all of our clients, he particularly enjoys drawing on his 30+ years of engineering, corporate, and financial industry experience to tackle complex issues such as retirement income planning and lifetime financial plans. In addition to his role advising individual clients and their families, Bob serves as our retirement plan specialist, assisting small business owners with advice in the selection and operation of their company retirement plans. Bob is a graduate of Boston University's Graduate School of Management and Boston University's Financial Planning Program. In addition to holding an MBA and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Bob is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist™, and a registered representative and investment adviser representative affiliated with Commonwealth Financial Network® of Waltham, Massachusetts. Although a native of the South Shore of Massachusetts, Bob and his family have lived in the Wilmington area for more than 30 years. When away from the office, Bob spends a fair amount of time in the New Hampshire mountains hiking and skiing.

Dan Esdale

Dan is a well-rounded advisor who has 15+ years of client experience with our firm. Over the years, he has worked with a wide variety of clients, including Multi-Generational Families, Widows, Families/Individuals affected by Divorce, Young Families, Professionals, Pre-Retirees, and those well into Retirement. He particularly enjoys helping clients work through the process of putting together a Comprehensive Financial Plan meant to help identify individual/family financial goals and putting a plan in place to help achieve those goals. In addition to his role as an advisor, Dan also represents our firm with the Wilmington/Tewksbury Chamber of Commerce, where he currently serves as the organization's Treasurer, as well as a voting board member. Dan graduated with his bachelor's degree from Stonehill College in the spring of 2007 and joined our firm shortly thereafter. Dan currently holds the FINRA 7, 63, and 66 securities registrations, a Massachusetts Life Insurance producer's license, and acts as a registered representative/investment adviser representative for Commonwealth. Since joining us, he has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation, the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist™ designation, a Certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University, and an MS in Finance (Investments and Securities) from Southern New Hampshire University. Dan currently resides in Marshfield, Massachusetts, but grew up in Wilmington, MA and lived in Tewksbury, MA for more than a decade. He maintains strong ties to the local community through his volunteer work with the local Chamber of Commerce. Outside of work, Dan enjoys many activities, including skiing, kayaking, traveling, and cheering on his favorite team, the Boston Bruins.

Matt Bausch

Matt is a graduate of Plymouth State University, where he majored in business management with a concentration in finance and minored in both professional communications and economics. After college, Matt began his financial career working for Fidelity Investments. There, he specialized in working with clients who had 401(k) and 403(b) accounts and was repeatedly recognized for delivering excellent customer service to clients. Matt currently holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations, as well as the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist™ designation.
