Allison Schwartz

Allison currently represents clients throughout the State of New Hampshire and specializes in Criminal Defense and Family Law. She is a compassionate and zealous advocate for her clients. Attorney Allison Schwartz was born and raised in Northeast Ohio. Allison graduated from Vanderbilt University, summa cum laude, with a bachelor's degree in Honors Psychology. As part of the Honors program at Vanderbilt, Allison worked in a clinical psychology laboratory that focused on the study of emotions and the acoustics of laughter. In her spare time, Allison is an avid runner, who has qualified for and completed the Boston Marathon. Allison is also a hiker who has summited all 48 of New Hampshire's 4,000 foot peaks. Allison enjoys spending her time honing her amateur photography skills, often using one of her dogs as a subject.

Jesse Friedman

Jesse has personally represented thousands of clients throughout the State - from juvenile delinquency offenses through homicides. He has extensive trial and litigation experience and has obtained favorable outcomes for thousands of clients throughout the years. Jesse Friedman, a native New Yorker, grew up in Woodstock, NY in a family that deeply believed in supporting those in need and advocating for social justice. His mother, a local activist and social worker, and his grandmother, a family court judge in New York City, served as powerful influences in his life. Their spirit of helping others and their dedication to justice inspired Jesse to follow a similar path. He studied at Vassar College before graduating from the State University of New York at New Paltz, where he focused on Political Science and International Relations. An externship at the Dutchess County, NY county court solidified his interest in law, In 1997, Jesse relocated to Vermont where he attended Vermont Law School, graduating cum laude in 2000. His first-year internship with Honorable William K. Sessions III, a senior United States District Court Judge, proved invaluable. As did his involvement with the Law Review and his work at the South Royalton Legal Clinic, where he represented low-income families. Between 2000 and 2007, Jesse began his legal career at the New Hampshire Public Defenders Office, advocating for justice for clients across the state. His subsequent role as the Managing Attorney at the Laconia office of the New Hampshire Public Defender enhanced his leadership skills, allowed him to guide new attorneys and interns, and oversee the implementation of various technological systems. Today, Jesse's practice encompasses both family court and criminal law. Jesse is an elected member of the NH Bar Association Board of Governers representing Belknap County. He is also a member of both the Criminal Law and Family Law sections within the Bar. His legal expertise extends to complex matters such as divorce, child custody, and financial disputes. Throughout his almost 23-year career, he has supervised over 25,000 cases in Belknap and Carroll counties, always striving for the best outcomes for his clients. Jesse is also a proud member of the New Hampshire Association for Justice, further attesting to his dedication to the field and civil disputes. Outside of his traditional courtroom work, he champions and continues to volunteer for various alternative sentencing programs and court initiatives, such as the Belknap County Recovery Court and the Carroll County Adult Drug Treatment Court. When not practicing law, Jesse enjoys time with his twin children and dogs in Holderness, New Hampshire, where he has resided since 2000. He is a sports enthusiast, an outdoor adventurer, and a lover of New Hampshire's picturesque peaks.

John Bresaw
