We are the fifth licensed distillery (established 2012) in the State of Florida located in Ocala. Our portfolio of 27 spirits consists of the Sui Generis family of Whiskey (13 brands), Resurgence family of Rums (4 brands), Island Grove family of Vodkas (7 brands), Absinthia family of Absinthe (3 brands) and finally our Colonial family of Brandy (3 brands)... There is no distillery in Florida like us making spirits the way we do. We are not in a warehouse or a fancy building. We distill on a farm in a shed with hand built stills and processing equipment. We grow our own corn for our Whiskey on our land next to the distillery. We harvest fresh fruit from our own groves..
