Ginko International Co., Ltd. introduced automatic cast molding production lines from the UK in 2007 and an advanced German high-speed injection molding machine, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and stability in the cast molding production process. The production line configures the online computer auto-inspection system (AIS), to ensure surface quality accuracy of every single lens. With its high-speed and precise features, annual production reached 80 million lenses in 2009.
