THE GHEDEE CENTER

The Ghedee Centre is a space for Healing, Guidance, Awareness, and Balance. Ghedee is a philosophy of living - it is a practice, not a religion. This non- judgment based philosophy is based on the understanding that everything perceived or imagined is Mbec or energy, and that energy is the first manifestation of all there is or could be. The practice and implementation of Ghedee Philosophy focuses on the individual and involves balance and rebalance of the emotional, mental and the physical. Ghedee Philosophy originated in the coastal region of West Africa among the Khran and Sarpo peoples.
