Mr. Aditya Shrimankar is a partner at Ishti Advisors LLP and a partner of M/s Equisearch, a boutique firm engaged in providing financial solutions to corporates as well as individuals.
He previously worked with a Dallas Texas, based company as a financial analyst for real estate portfolios & ventures.
Aditya has completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai, and subsequently Aditya pursued his Masters in Financial Mathematics at Boston University which he completed in 2013.
Mr. Anand Chokhani has extensive experience in managing equity and commodity arbitrage books at R.R. Chokhani Stock Brokers Pvt Ltd and other group companies for over 2 decades.
During his tenure at the broking firm he managed the operations of the broking firm. The firm is a broker for institutions, HNI and retail clients. Mr. Chokhani was in charge of all aspects of the business including Exchange compliances, statutory compliances, legal, accounting and taxation.
He has a post-graduate degree in Management from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research.

Mr. Ketan Shrimankar is a chartered accountant by training with over 25 years of experience in diverse fields. Beginning his career as a practicing chartered accountant he quickly rose to become a partner specializing in audit and risk management practice. He went on to head equity research for a broking company and subsequently became a CEO of a broking company with operations on multiple exchanges. As part of research, he has visited and interacted with over 400 companies during his career, seeking to understand their business models, finding value in businesses and understanding promoter psyche.
Mr. Rohit Chothani is a serial entrepreneur having extensive experience in the financial services and the real estate industries of more than 35 years. During his career he has held directorships on the boards of two listed and publicly traded companies. He was the founder of Padmakshi-Mondial Wealth Management Pvt. Ltd. that was started 10 years ago.
