- A related goal is to help improve and preserve family farms, ranches, and rural properties by helping families maintain their property in a manner consistent with family goals and values. For example, we can use our experience and resources to help a family with traditional Texas Ag (Texas Ag 1-d) such as cattle or Ag wildlife/open space (Texas Ag 1-d-1). A service we can provide is to help rural property owners make their property attractive to their family and heirs for their enjoyment with reduced effort. This may reduce the risk of "selling off grandpa's farm" unnecessarily. For example, some family members may like "doing cattle" and others prefer supporting wildlife (ducks, deer, turkey, etc.) at the family ranch or farm. We can help with either or a mixture of these valid uses of family rural properties.
