Aida heads up Last Mile commercial strategy and manages company operations and client relations. She has an obsession with customer value and an ultra-pragmatic way of working that ensures Return on Investment to our clients and partners.
Before joining Last Mile, Aida played a key role establishing e-commerce capabilities for several high-end retailers over the last decade. Having worked closely with analytical and technical teams to create winning e-commerce strategy and implementations.
Aida made the natural transition to defining roadmaps for and managing roll-out of Last Mile's AI products and services.
Alan draws on his decade long experience in finance and management to provide laser-focused, data-driven business analysis. Before moving to analytics, Alan was a highly experienced commercial banker who has led functions in KYC, AML, disaster recovery and new business development.
He is a big fan of the R programming language and, in the little spare time he has ; after family and business, likes to run and follow Formula 1.

Harshal is the rare ‘jack of all trades and master of quite a few'.
As a Machine Learning Engineer (Data Scientist and Data Engineer combo), Harshal focuses on developing AI solutions all the way from the idea through the modelling and into a deployed service that delivers value to our clients.
He is involved in the open-source community and is passionate about forecasting, time series analysis and predictive modelling.
He founded Last Mile to use his hard-won battle experience to make good on the promises of AI to our clients.
Heading up the AI team of talented data scientists and engineers, John loves to work on your projects all the way from requirements through to successful deployment and value delivery.
John has worked in data science and applied AI for over a decade with several years of software development before that.
He first programmed BASIC on an Acorn Electron in the 1980's to produce patterns of swirling shapes and was aghast at how long it took to produce something so completely useless.

Fascinated with the promises of technology to deliver elegant solutions for different kinds of problems, Kelly switched careers from Industrial Chemistry to coding. She is now hooked and producing high quality, business focused software for Last Mile.
Kelly also has substantial experience in the food industry where she specialised in innovation projects and improvements in quality assurance processes.
Sean has an insatiable curiosity about programming and a passion to create solutions using code. A self-starter and self-taught developer, with Python being his programming language of choice. He taught himself to program and create web APIs well before starting his formal studies.
He is the go-to person when you need someone with the creativity to design and implement a new system or solve complex technical problems.
