Terry began working in the electrical industry after graduating from a local trade school with a certificate in electrical technology in 1998. He began his career working in industrial settings like mills and plants at first, but soon realized his true calling was to be a business owner. He secured his license in the early 2000's and caught on wiring custom and spec homes during the housing boom. As the economy faltered, Terry decided to go back to the industrial setting once more. In 2014, he revamped his business plan to cater and focus on the growing commercial industry and has not looked back since. With over 30 years' experience, Terry provides insight that only few possess. He is very much still a part of the day to day operations of the business as well as on the job: training employees, making sure they are staying safe and critically planning and laying out jobs for his foreman.
