David McClaskey is an executive coach, consultant, conference presenter, trainer, and Baldrige expert and one of the few individuals to have the privilege of assisting seven companies to win eight Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Awards (about 6% of the total winners): K&N Management (2010); Poudre Valley Health Care (2008); University of Northern Colorado Monfort College of Business (2004); Pal's Sudden Service (2001); OMI (2000); The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company (1999 and 1992); and Eastman Chemical Company (1993).

Dr. Harley is considered to be an expert on leadership development in all workplace sectors. Personal excellence through leadership and service are personal passions. She has served as a leadership consultant to leaders in businesses, universities, K-12, government, and nonprofit organizations. She is the author of Developing Human Service Leaders, SAGE, 2016 and co-author with Sean Covey of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, 2 nd Edition, 2019.
As the Associate Professor and director of the Minor in Leadership Studies at East Tennessee State University, she develops curriculum for the minor in Leadership Studies, Community Leadership Certificate, other master's programs and teaches the capstone leadership course. She served as part of the team that developed the on-line master's in strategic leadership for the state of Tennessee.
Dr. Harley is a facilitator/mentor and trainer for the Franklin Covey Organization. She is certified to teach many Franklin Covey courses including: The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People; 5 Choices for Extraordinary Productivity; 7 Habits for Teens; 7 Habits for Managers; Working at the Speed of Trust; Leadership: Great Leaders, Great Teams, Great Results. She is also a certified Strengths Finder coach for Gallup.
She is a leadership consultant and instructor for the McClaskey Excellence Institute. She creates programs that develop leaders at all levels of the organization thereby enabling quality teamwork, increased employee engagement, relevant performance assessments and feedback, and bench-strength for the leadership team. Deborah served as an examiner for the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence; developed performance assessment outcome measures for nonprofits; developed custom leadership content for many organizations. She served as a board or task force leader for the Girl Scouts, Coalition for Kids, Second Harvest Food Bank, Johnson City/Washington County Community Youth Leadership Program, Tennessee Campus Compact and several regional economic development initiatives.
Deborah holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from East Tennessee State University, a master's in counseling and a bachelor's in mathematics from the University of South Florida.

Mohammed is an instructor and consultant with McClaskey Excellence Institute. He has more than 20 years experience in Information Technology, Banking, and airlines sectors. He is passionate about Leading and guiding organizations to reach their highest level of performance to achieve Business Excellence and become a World-class organization. He worked with many organizations from different sectors in the state of Florida as part of the State Baldrige award, he also worked with European Excellence Award EFQM and Saudi Arabia Excellence award KAQA. Besides his strong experience in business performance excellence, he is a certified blackbelt lean six Sigma instructor and consultant leading many business process improvement projects, he also a certified Project Management professional.
Mohammed is the founder and president of Innowex consulting, a Saudi based consulting firm that focuses on improving organizational performance excellence and business innovation.
