Through many years of contract experience, Mission has built a reputation based on a sound understanding of the individual needs of its customers; whether it be volume production, exclusive developments, council or housing association work, or one-off bespoke designs. It has never been our aim to supply the contract sector with a cheap product at a "cheap" price - this really only serves to come back and haunt Site Managers and Customer Service departments at a later date... We pride ourselves on producing a quality product at realistic contract prices with good customer service support, fast response times and virtually a zero returns rate for manufacturing defects on goods supplied. Our UK furniture production is geared to a high standard and the final product packaging, palletising and distribution of these items is all done through our East Midlands warehouse, ensuring quality control always remains high on the agenda.
