Hein Kernkamp

Hein has been working as an attorney since 1989 and specializes in civil law, including transport, finance and employment law. His services are tailored for the international community. He advises and litigates in matters concerning international sales contracts, transport, storage, distribution, employment, agency, shipping and aviation. Employment law forms an important part of his legal practice areas, in particulary in cases with international aspects, like crewing matters and the employment of expats. Hein advises and litigates in labour related matters, often with an international dimension, both on behalf of employers and employees. Hein is a member of the Dutch Transport Law Association. Hein Kernkamp has registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar's register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister): Transport Law, Commercial Law, Financial Law, Banking Law, Labour and Employment law, Cross Border Labour and Employent law. Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.

Jack Leeman

Jack Leeman started as a lawyer in Rotterdam in 1978. He has ever since worked in litigation and arbitration. In addition to his daily process work, he renders legal advice to his clients, which consist of medium-sized and large companies and high-net-worth individuals. He has served on various advisory bodies and supervisory boards. His process work is general and diverse. He does this with all judicial authorities, including the Supreme Court; he is a member of the civil cassation counter and the Association of Civil Cassation Attorneys (VCCA). Jack Leeman has registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar's register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister): Civil Procedural Law, Litigation, Supreme Court Litigation and Contract Law. Jacqueline Blok

Jacqueline has been working in the legal profession since 1980. She started as Jack Leeman's secretary and has gained extensive experience in managing a law firm over the years. From the founding of Minerva Advocaten, she has been working as an office manager. In addition to the internal organization, Jacqueline as a paralegal is responsible for the management of the debt collection practice for our clients, who appreciate her hands on approach.

Marcel van den Ende

Marcel van den Ende started as a corporate lawyer at ABN AMRO in 1981. Subsequently he worked for various large companies, including Mercedes Benz. Since 1991 Marcel has run his own law office, focusing on corporate legal services for SMEs. In 2001 he joined LVH Advocaten in Rotterdam as a lawyer - specialized in corporate law. Today he advises small and large companies; companies that are primarily active in the world of logistics, automotive and sustainable energy. In addition to being a lawyer, Marcel fulfills social functions, such as chair at the Keigoed Foundation, and is a member of advisory boards. Marcel van den Ende has registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar's register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister): Corporate law, Agency and distribution, Professional liability, Directors' liability, Mergers and acquisitions, Companies, Associations and foundations.
