NOR - Key Persons
My role in this incredible team, is to provide you with the best people, and to make sure you have the best experience possible. My general business philosophies all center around three key points: customer experience, design should be easy and fun, and process.
We know Customer experience is critical to our success. I know if you have great experience, you might tell two or three people. Conversely, if you have a poor experience, you are more likely to tell 15 or more people. I want you to have an amazing experience - period.
Design should be fun and easy. Fact is, remodel project can be very stressful. They can be expensive and very disruptive to your everyday life. We want to ensure you are engaged, informed, and under construction for the absolute least amount of time. We want to get you back to your normal routine and into your new space as quickly as possible.
Lastly, process is so important to me as it's really the glue that will make your project as success. Not to worry, we got this part and we're happy to share our process with you, step-by-step, throughout your project. We love it when our customers are informed.

Danielle is devoted to assisting clients in achieving their home transformation goals. She began her career journey with Nordstrom in a variety of departments, from food service to logistics, then to retail management. Her diversity in multiple industries has served as an asset in her ability to connect with clients. Her passion to guide a detailed and beautifully crafted project through the finish line, is what makes Danielle and NOR Design & Construction a perfect match. In addition to her dedicated time with the NOR Design team, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.
Outside of the design world, Danielle's current hobbies include entertaining her children and coordinating events with family & friends. Someday, she would love to return to playing golf more frequently, visiting summer markets and spending time in the outdoors, while traveling.
On a side note, you may notice I smile a little differently. I have had Bell's Palsy (partial facial paralysis) for the past few years, so please ignore my extra winks on occasion.
With a background in Web Design and Graphic design I enjoy creating visual content out of ideas. Being able to create 3D images of remodeling projects lets me help our clients to visualize what their space will look like when finished. Creating technical drawings for your remodeling project helps us get every detail right when designing your kitchen remodel or bathroom remodel.
When not working I enjoy spending time with my kid and kitties and I am also an artist and paint whenever I have the chance.
