One of the biggest bars in Lowell since 1950. The bar can accommodate over 130 seats and 30 occupants at the bar itself which makes it the perfect location to enjoy games, food, salsa and karaoke and signature cocktails with friends and family... Panela is a family owned restaurant with 20+ years of experience in the kitchen and 12+ years of experience in customer service which is why you will love not just the food but the service as well.
