RUBINSTEIN

After attending the University of Florida (Go Gators!), Dr. Rubinstein received both her Masters and Doctorate degrees in psychology from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Rubinstein received training in variety of treatment settings. These have included hospitals, residential treatment settings for both eating disorders and addictions, community mental health centers and outpatient programs... Dr. Rubinstein's professional interests include recovery from trauma, post-partum issues, chronic illness/chronic pain, anxiety, stress management and depression. She is trained in both Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and hypnotherapy... Dr. Rubinstein utilizes a strength-based approach to treatment. In addition to identifying problems, she works with her patients to identify and amplify their strengths, resiliency and resources.
