Our interests are on Scifacturing (Science-Driven Manufacturing) as the next level of manufacturing where science (e.g. applied physics) meets manufacturing more directly. Our research activities in this lab are in the interdisciplinary areas of innovative manufacturing and materials processing processes, applied physics, nanoscience and nanotechnology, and process/system integration.
