Mr. D. Salchev is the founder and managing partner of Salchev & Partners.
Rozalin Salchev - a lawyer. He is the founder and managing partner of Salchev & Partners. In 1998 Mr. R. Salchev graduated from the Language school in Plovdiv. In 2004 he successfully completed a Law degree at "St. Kliment Ohridski" Sofia University. In 2004 Mr. R. Salchev became a member of the Sofia Bar association. He received a University degree in Finance, as well. Mr. R. Salchev has extensive and diverse experience as a lawyer, a trustee in bankruptcy and an industrial property representative. Languages: has a thorough knowledge of English.
Mr. R. Salchev is focused on full range legal assistance on various development and construction projects (trade, administrative and housing complexes, manufacture premises), renewable energy generation facilities, infrastructure projects. Mr. R. Salchev dedicatedly contributed to the construction and development of the first science-technological park in Bulgaria - Operational program "Development of the competitiveness of the Bulgarian Economy" 2007-2013. He enjoys excellent professional knowledge in consulting and drafting documentation in all kinds of public procurement procedures, as well as supporting the assignors in the proceedings for evaluating and choosing the winning tender. Mr. R. Salchev provides competent legal representation in full range appellate procedures under the Public procurement act before the Commission for protection of competition and Supreme administrative court.
As a trustee in bankruptcy Mr. R. Salchev has the necessary expertise and significant experience in management and administration of corporations operating in the construction market of hotels at the Black Sea coast; liquidation and distribution of the debtor's property; convalidation claims.
Another main realm of Mr. R. Salchev ‘s practice is company registration, planning and realization of projects in relation to all forms of reorganizations, legal representation in liquidation and bankruptcy proceedings, representation before the Bulgarian Patent Office in registration proceedings of trademarks and renewals.
