Isabella is a very caring person. She takes pleasure in sharing her knowledge of cleaning with the staff. She is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for all employees. Her primary objective is to ensure that cleaning personnel are well-equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and best practices to perform their duties effectively.
She is responsible for creating training material and curriculum that cover various aspects of office cleaning, including cleaning techniques, proper use of equipment and cleaning agents, safety protocols, and customer service skills.

Jessenia is a loving wife & mother. She takes pride in everything she does. Her leadership has played a major role in the growth of the company. She guides and inspire the executive team and employees, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. She provides vision and direction to ensure that all levels of the organization are aligned with the company's overarching goals.

Jose Seda is a loving husband and father. Jose plays a pivotal role in the efficient functioning of cleaning operations across the city of Orlando . He is responsible for supervising and leading cleaning teams, ensuring that high-quality standards are consistently met. This involves implementing and maintaining cleaning protocols, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any issues to uphold service excellence.
He is also responsible for working closely with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs, address concerns, and provide solutions. Additionally, Jose is also involved in contract negotiations, proposing service agreements, and ensuring client satisfaction. We are truly blessed to have him as part of the So Clean Team.
