ST GILES CONSORT

St Giles Consort is a choir formed in 2016 to specialise in music composed during the High Renaissance, Tudor, Jacobean and Baroque eras, without neglecting music composed since then... The St Giles Consort was founded by Julian Parkin-Haig and Cathy Langdale (Director of Music at the Parish Church in Chalfont St Giles) in 2016... Based in the village of Chalfont St Giles in Buckinghamshire, the chamber choir consists of experienced choral singers who either live in the village or have a strong connection to music-making in and around the county. The group performs music with pure intonation and an historical approach to choral sound and style.
