Responsible for managing MSME Business Loan in PAN India. Prior to joining Sugmya he has worked with Janalakshmi Financial Services pvt Ltd, Satin Creditcare Network Ltd, Arohan Financial Services Pvt Ltd and Aye Finance Pvt Ltd.

Ms.Sarika has got an experience of 16 years in the field of Human Resource in different sector like Banking, Co-operative Society , Education and Electrical manufacturing. She is responsible for entire gamut of HR & related process at Sugmya. Her last assignment before joining Sugmya, was with Microtek International & Ujala Credit Co-operative Society Ltd.

It is the largest bank in the United States and the world's largest bank by market capitalization and also considered systemically important by the Financial Stability Board.

Ujjwal carries over two decades of diverse experience in Business development, Sales & Marketing, Services and operations across multiple industries. He possess strong strategic, analytical and interpersonal skills with ability to de????ine vision, strategy and roadmap.
Currently Ujjwal leads and represents Google's technical services for the South East Asia region. His talented team of Solutions Engineers, Product Technical Specialists and Engagement Managers, building custom solutions for some of the most sophisticated advertisers, partners and agencies in the industry.
