Bronson Baynham

Job Titles:

Terry has been with Turnkey since.... well, for a very, very long time. Terry runs our workshop with not only dignity but also a significant amount of pride. If it needs sorting, Terry will fix it. If it is not clean, Terry will make sure it is. If you need to discuss options on how to best work with the unruly "Gen Y" apprentice or look for ideas on safe materials storage, Terry is the guy to speak with. Terry doesn't have all the answers, he has never won Lotto but if you are looking for the quiet, "just gets on with it" guy at Turnkey, Terry Brown has the respect of everyone.

Campbell Gibson

Job Titles:
  • Mechanical Supervisor
Bronson looks after Turnkey's team of welders, boilermakers, fitters and other mechanical trades. He has an enormous wealth of industrial site experience and practical knowledge of all types of work and conditions. Our customers can expect Bronson to ensure their job is not only safe but also aligned with relevant codes and best practise.

Daniel Leon

Job Titles:
  • Mechanical Engineer
As a consultant for Turnkey Industrial Engineering, Todd works with management on all things business improvement and getting the company progressing towards future growth. He builds on strategies and structures to ensure Turnkey's success, for both the present and in the upcoming years. Starting as a Mechanical Intern, and now qualified, as a Mechanical Engineer Daniel helps to manage some of Turnkey's mechanical projects. Daniel can be working on fabrication of structures, installation and relocation of machinery, installation of conveyors and many others. His main responsibilities are project management, CAD designing, project estimation, and development of project documentation. Daniel has a bachelor's degree of Mechanical Engineering from his home country of Venezuela, and a double master's degree in Engineering Management and Manufacturing Engineering from UTS here in Sydney. It is clear that Daniel has a true passion for the industry and that is why he is so popular with his peers and customers. After a stint in Colombia, Daniel won himself a working scholarship to Australia where he discovered Turnkey, "I came across Turnkey's office, Googled them and liked their work. The company was very appealing to me, so I decided to draft a resume and physically introduce myself to the Mechanical Manager and apply for any role they may had available at that time." Daniel's driving force is the ever-changing landscape of the job, "…each and every job presents different challenges. Our procedure, thinking and approach depends on the job and the client. It definitely keeps things interesting." When he's not elbow-deep in his work, Daniel enjoys keeping fit with CrossFit and hiking, he especially enjoys the Blue Mountains and the Royal National Parks.

Graham Whiticker

Daniel takes care of the processes involved in the fabrication of structures and both the installation and relocation of machinery. By ensuring work and safety methodologies, he also helps to ensure that all deadlines and hit and projects are running on schedule. "Communication is the basis on how I operate. You've got to have good communication. It just makes the job that much easier when the whole team can benefit from the knowledge and experience that I have accumulated over the years." With an extensive history in the Electrical Engineering industry beginning in 1982, Graham has more years of experience than some other engineers have been alive. Joining the Turnkey Industrial Engineering family seven years ago Graham continues to share his extensive array of skills whether it be as a project manager, project coordinator, an estimator or in electrical maintenance. Under his title as the Electrical Manager at Turnkey Industrial Engineering, Graham plays a pivotal and diverse role. At a high level Graham assists in developing the tender process for some of the larger projects at the company, working across different departments to ensure the right outcomes can be achieved for clients.

Graham Whittaker

Graham Whittaker is one of our most experienced and well credentialed engineers. In 2021 Graham ran one of our major projects, leading the team building a battery recycling facility in Perth, W.A.

Nathan Kiely

Job Titles:
  • General Manager
Responsible for all mechanical supervisors and tradespeople, Tom keeps himself busy at Turnkey Industrial Engineering by keeping track of all jobs and making sure they're running as they should be.

Paul Webster

Job Titles:
  • Electrical Supervisor
As one of our two Mechanical Supervisors, after working on a huge contract building a battery recycling plant in Perth WA, Campbell will soon return to Sydney and again lead Turnkey's team of mechanical tradespeople and apprentices. Campbell can be relied upon when customers need advice or wish to discuss options and is committed to the Quality and Safety systems which regularly sees Turnkey deliver major projects without lost time injury (LTI) or incident.

Tom Ferris

As one of our two Electrical Supervisors, Paul looks after Turnkey's team of electricians and apprentices. He is the face of our business when customers need advice and maintains the daily schedules and duties of our electrical team.
