Curtis Lane past experiences have given him a well-rounded knowledge in the customer service industry. He has held roles such as Director of Operations and has experience managing storage facilities prior to him managing Access Mini Storage and Brown Bear Storage . He has been part of our team for three year and in this time he has been able to foster great relations, provide top tier service and satisfaction to our customers. He loves spending quality time with his beautiful family. Curtis and his family have been Nampa residents for the past 4 years.
Katie Lane has close to 30 years of customer service experience and has been in the storage industry for seven years. Her keen sense of customer satisfaction helps establish good relationship with customers. Katie enjoys helping people in any way she can by being a great friend during trying times. To unwind, she likes reading, staying active, and playing with her dog. Katie and her family have been residing in the Nampa area for the past 4 years.
Michele Krall has over 18 years of customer service experience. Michele has been with us over three year and has become extremely knowledgeable about the storage industry. Being able to connect and foster relationships with her tenants is her favorite part of the job. She received her bachelor's in art degree from Boise State University and likes to create different forms of art such as doll making, tattooing, and utilizing different types of mediums to create her masterpieces. Her roots are in Nampa and after spending several years in Norther Idaho, she decided to return to the Treasure Valley area in 1998.
Stephanie Maestas has been in the self-storage industry for five years. Her exceptional customer service is reflected in the relationships that she has with her customers making sure she offers the best experience possible every time. When she is not managing Rocky Mountain Storage, you can find her spending quality time with her family, participating in sports, and fishing. She has been a West Valley City resident for the past five years.
