Leanne Shaw is from Wales, UK, and moved to Summit County in 2009. Her career in property management began after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in International Business Management with French at the University of Manchester. Leanne started working with Wildernest in 2016 as a Community Portfolio Manager, and then later transitioned into the Area Manager Role, before finally moving to the position of General Manager. She has her CAM license, as well as her AMS and CMCA designations.
When not working, Leanne enjoys winter snow sports, fly fishing, mountain biking, and teaching yoga at a local studio. She is also heavily engaged in the local community as an active volunteer on the Silverthorne Town Council SPORT committee, as well as local non-profit organizations.
Mark is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology and began his career in the property management field by working for one of the largest apartment management and development firms. He started as a management trainee and eventually rose to the position of Director of Operations. Mark was subsequently recruited to head the property management division of a large national real estate syndication company, where he went on to hold the position of COO. In this role, he oversaw the asset management and property management subsidiaries. After moving to Colorado in 1993, Mark served as the Managing Director of the largest commercial property management and brokerage company in western Colorado.
