He is responsible for the daily operation of the company and routinely reports to the CEO, working closely with with him and ensures that the company has effective operational and financial procedures in place and overseas all ongoing business operations.
He balances the breadth of experience and knowledge with the ability to manage strategically and keep the company's high level strategy front and center while understanding the details of day to day execution to ensure what needs to happen does happen.
He is also a commercial Pilot in training in Miami USA. He has been in Model United Nations Circuit for the past 7 years and has Successfully attended over 45 MUN and UN Youth Assembly meetings and conferences.
He is the CO- Founder of the United Youth Circuit, which is an Organization which currently has over 7000 members from over 70 countries. He is also the CEO of United Youth assembly and also owns Tarif limited, which is a Fashion company based in Dubai and India.
He is Global Citizens and has been able to Reside and study in China, India, Tanzania, United Kingdom, South Africa and current resides in the UAE. He is the ZUETH Petroleum representative in Dubai and India and Japan.

Holds a (BEng) in Petroleum engineering from Liaoning University of Petroleum and Chemical Technology. He is a skilled Petrel, AutoCAD, GeoMap and Resform specialist . He has vast experience in the Oil and Gas industry manly from PetroChina, which is the largest oil/gas producer and distributor, playing a dominant role in the Oil and Gas industry in China, and is one of the one of the largest oil companies in the world.
He is the Chairman of the engineering committee at Zueth Petroleum, aiming to deliver the much needed engineering workforce industry, academia and the wider technological community within the company, meeting industrial standards
His dedication and skills are at the forefront in helping achieve the vision for sustainable energy, environmental development and massive economic development. As the engineering chair, he has aligned Zueth operations with the focus on people, performance, profitability and efficiency.
He is the founder of ZUETH Petroleum and all its Auxiliary Projects, He is a very innovative Entrepreneur whose primary responsibilities in the company includes includes making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources, acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors and corporate operations, and being the public face of the company.
Mr Ethan Moyo is a global serial entrepreneur with interests in Zimbabwe, South Africa, Dubai and the United States. He sits on the Board at Four Energy (Pvt) Ltd, as a Non Executive Director. He is also an executive board member at a Dubai and London based company (Marhaba Group of Companies) with operations in the UAE and Europe.He is the past Chief Technology Officer at Zueth Petroleum, and as the current CEO of Zueth Petroleum, He deals with very highly level strategic decisions about Policy and Strategy and those that direct the companies growth , he sets the tone, vision and culture of the company and is charged with maximizing the value of the entity, which includes maximizing the share price, market share, revenue and other elements.
He is rooted and built upon his strong belief that Zimbabwe needs big ideas to solve the big deficits and this innovative approach encourages blue sky thinking , where no ideas are considered too good to be true. He has also managed to work in the real estate industry in South Africa.
He has a communicating role that involves speaking to the press and the rest of the outside world, as well as to the company's management and employment. He advises the board of directors, motivates employees, and drives change within the company.
He is currently working with and being advised by a group of high accredited petro-chemical engineers from South Africa with more than 40 years of experience in the African Oil and Gas Industry.

She is A holder of a Bachelor of Law (Honours)(HBL), Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degrees, both from the University of Zimbabwe, Masters in Law (LLM) from Dundee University (Centre for Energy, Petroleum, Mineral Law & Policy), Scotland and Master of Business Studies (MBA) from the University of Natal, South Africa. Has 25 years' experience in legal, of which 23 years are in corporate secretarial work and 14 years in Human Resources management. She previously worked as a magistrate at Bulawayo Magistrates' courts, a Senior Legal Advisor for Bulawayo City Council, Senior Contracts Officer- BHP Minerals Zimbabwe (Pty) Ltd, Legal Advisor, Tenders & Contracts Manager - TelOne (Pvt) Ltd, Company Secretary and HR Manager BP & Shell Marketing Services (Pvt) Ltd.
Joined African Century as Group Company Secretary in March 2012 and subsequently added to the legal and secretarial role, the portfolio of HR Director for Lake Harvest Aquaculture (Pvt) Ltd (a subsidiary of African Century Foods Ltd) and Environmental Social Governance Lead for African Century Foods Ltd responsible for Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique and Uganda.
Company Secretary of Zimbabwe Consolidated Diamond Company since 1st June 2016. Responsible for legal and corporate services of the company. Appointed by the Chief Justice of Zimbabwe in 2006 as an assessor of the Administrative Court on Telecommunications matters.
She is an expert and leader who helps Zueth Petroleum minimize its legal risks by advising the company's other officers and board members on any major legal and regulatory issues the company confronts, such as litigation risks.
She aims at developing and leading corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's matters, internal audit and corporate compliance programs , She maintains proper corporate interactions with the relevant local, state and federal governmental bodies, legislatures and the community at large, while advising the CEO and other senior corporate officers on a variety of issues.
