- Lead Recruitment Consultant
Callum joined TekRek Consultants in January 2021 to become part of our growing team of consultants within the Nordic and European technology sector. Since joining TekRek, Callum has had two promotions and now leads TekRek's recruitment operations in Finland. Callum has fantastic relationship building skills with both candidates and clients, with a proven track record of delivery.
Danny joined TekRek Consultants in July 2020 with the target of expanding TekRek's operational frontiers in the Nordic technology recruitment sector.
Danny comes from a professional sports background. Since his playing days, Danny has established a wealth of experience as a senior recruitment consultant in this field; building and sustaining relationships with some of the biggest and innovative technology companies in the region.

Lewis joined TekRek Consultants in January 2022 as part of our Finnish delivery team and quickly became an integral part of the company. With his work ethic and prior sales career, Lewis quickly adapted to his client's requirements and built a reputation for delivery. In October 2022, Lewis was promoted to Senior Consultant, a reflection of his hard work and sales success. He is now helping to drive our growth with Finnish Clients and Customers.
Matthew is the Founder and CEO of TekRek Consultants. His vision is that TekRek Consultants will be the technology recruitment provider of choice for all within the industry.
Matthew has a degree in Economics from the University of Manchester. Since his studies, Matthew has developed his leadership and sales qualities by working with some of the biggest financial institutions and recruitment providers in the world.
Max joined TekRek Consultants in November 2022 and is tasked with building our presence in Denmark. Max's background is in recruitment and sales and he has already put his experience and skills to use by delivering and forging strong relationships with his clients and candidates.
