EPACANDO and MidPen's joint proposal creates a high-quality, long-term, 100% affordable housing asset for a diverse range of household incomes and household sizes. Our proposed project will serve a broad range of the community's housing needs, with affordability between 30% and 60% of Area Median Income and a unit mix of studios up to 4 bedrooms.
