Adam McCallum

Utilizing his extensive knowledge in public accounting, Adam is dedicated to enhancing his clients' wealth and building better businesses. His commitment to quality is evident in his devotion to providing patient guidance and mentorship to his fellow team members to foster enhanced client service. Adam joined the BNG team in 2022 as Team Manager in the Woodstock office. Since graduating with an Honours Bachelor of Accounting, from Brock University and obtaining his CPA, CA credentials, Adam has continuously expanded his knowledge in public accounting. With his expertise in personal and small business tax and accounting, including a strong emphasis on agriculture, Adam brings tremendous value in using his technical strengths to coach the team and service a wide range of clients. As a 4 th generation family farm operator and a member of the Ontario Farmer's Association, Adam invests much of his personal time in agricultural and landscaping ventures. He also enjoys spending time with his young family in the community he calls home.

Beth Sparling

Beth provides accounting, tax and advisory services to agricultural clients and small-medium sized businesses and enjoys building quality relationships with her clients. Beth and her family live on an active commercial farm in Oxford County, through which she has gained practical farming experience as well as working knowledge of the financial management of a family owned and operated business. Beth holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph and a Master of Arts in Economics degree from the University of British Columbia. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA).

Chad Lamoure

Chad is a seasoned chartered accountant with over 25 years of experience in public accounting. Chad provides a full range of accounting and business advisory services to his clients across many industries. In addition to his role as client manager, Chad leads a team of accountants and chairs BNG's Handbook and Standards Committee, ensuring compliance across the firm with the evolving standards of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada. Chad has also successfully completed the In-Depth Tax Course which allows him to provide tax minimization solutions. Chad's volunteer history includes serving as a director for the Tillsonburg Chamber of Commerce and the Tillsonburg Minor Soccer Club. Chad believes that athletics provides a foundation of useful skills for youth that allow them to become meaningful contributors to society. Chad has therefore volunteered his time to coaching football, soccer, track & field and hockey over the years. Chad prides himself as being a Tillsonburg native and gives back to the community by participating in several local fundraising events Chad is a seasoned chartered accountant with over 25 years experience in public accounting. Chris Hargraft

Chris is a highly resourceful and skilled problem-solving Team Manager in our Woodstock office who has proven to be an exceptional asset to our team. Chris joined BNG in 2015 after graduating from Fanshawe College with an Advanced Diploma in Business Administrative Accounting and Nipissing University with his Bachelors of Commerce. He obtained his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA)/Certified General Accountant (CGA) designation in 2018. Chris is valued for his strong technical skills and his ability to take on projects with very little background information or additional support. He is known for continuously evaluating templates, processes, and procedures to assess efficacy and workflow. Using his creativity and curiosity, he sees things "outside the box" and devises innovative solutions to enhance efficiency. His gifting in these areas is reflected in his interests outside the workplace, such as solving Rubik's cubes and other similar puzzles, along with arts and crafts. He is an avid gym-goer and has a passion for cars.

Christine Legein - CEO

Christine is a strategic consultant providing advice and assistance to a wide range of privately owned enterprises in the areas of business planning, new business development, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Christine was raised on a tobacco farm in Tillsonburg and graduated from the Ivey Business School at Western University where she was awarded the Gold Medal for achieving 1st place standing in her class. After graduation, she enjoyed a successful 20-year career with John Labatt in both corporate and divisional roles including Director of Corporate Development, General Sales Manager and Category Product Manager at Ault Dairies, Vice President Business Development Toronto Blue Jays and Vice President Premium Seating SkyDome. In 1999 Christine joined a boutique Toronto investment banking firm that specialized in privately owned company transactions. In 2012 Christine established a private consulting practice and now works out of her home office in the village of Springford, ON.

Keith Agnew

Keith is a strong leader who, over the years, has become a trusted source of support for his fellow team members and, through his exemplification of BNG's core values, is a contributor to a positive work culture. His natural drive towards continuous learning and development, and his keen desire to share his insights and learning with the team, have propelled him forward in his career with BNG. He values helping BNG clients build their businesses and wealth in all areas, and particularly enjoys working with small & medium size, owner-managed businesses. After graduating from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University, Keith joined BNG in 2015 as a Team Accountant. Through steady expansion of his technical knowledge and proficiency, he quickly moved on to Senior Team Accountant, then Assistant Team Manager, and finally Team Manager. In February 2020, Keith successfully obtained his CPA designation. Over the years with BNG, Keith has continued to earn the trust and confidence of our clients, team members and Partners. A Tillsonburg native, Keith is a proud father of 3 who spends much of his personal time with family. He participates in a variety of sports including baseball, hockey and golf, and enjoys reading. Keith is currently an active member of the board of directors for the Tillsonburg District Chamber of Commerce and, in the past, has volunteered with the CVITP (Community Volunteer Income Tax Program) to prepare tax returns at no cost for low income individuals.

Kyle Decleir

Kyle brings a keen sense of community and a commitment to continuous learning to his role as Team Manager. His drive and motivation are reflected in his genuine desire to help our clients build better businesses and create wealth, and he is an inspiration to his fellow team members. Kyle grew up on a tobacco farm near Langton, Ontario, providing him valuable insights into agri-business. After obtaining an Honours Bachelor of Sport Management from Brock University and a Post-graduate Diploma in Accounting from Wilfred Laurier University, Kyle joined BNG in August of 2011. Since joining the team, he has progressively grown in his responsibilities, assuming increasingly complex tasks. In his role at BNG, he has taken his education, combined with his experience in agriculture, to become a trusted support to our ag based clients, assisting them in navigating government programs and growing their businesses. In his spare time, Kyle enjoys playing hockey and golfing, watching football and spending time with his family. Demonstrating his passion for sport and his family, he is on the board of the Norfolk Little Peoples Daycare and volunteers as a coach with the Langton Minor Hockey Association.

Marla Rice

Joined BNG in 1997 Marla leads BNG's team of accounting professionals across all three offices, setting and supporting BNG's standards of excellence in the delivery of accounting and business advisory services to its clients. In addition to her leadership role, Marla provides direct accounting services and business solutions to clients dealing with complex accounting issues across a wide variety of industries. Marla is responsible for training and development, matching client needs to internal resources, and ensuring the smooth and effective flow of work throughout the organization. Marla is a member of BNG's Executive Team. Marla is active in the community, donating her time to the Tillsonburg Ringette Association and formerly Girl Guides of Canada, St. Paul's United Church and the Tillsonburg chapter of Ontario's Heart and Stroke Foundation. Michael R. Bossy - Founder

Mike Bossy has been a trusted business advisor to clients for over 40 years. Mike is a strategic thinker and combines his extensive experience as a Chartered Professional Accountant with other select business designations to provide a spectrum of value-added services. These services include accounting, trust and estate planning, taxation, and business consulting, with particular emphasis on inter-generational businesses and farm transfers. Mike is a graduate of Western University's Ivey Business School and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. He is also a Certified Agricultural Farm Advisor (CAFA), Kolbe™ Certified Consultant (KCC) and a Kolbe™ Certified Youth Specialist (KYS) and a Kolbe™ Certified Team Specialist (KTS). Mike is the founder of what is now BNG Bossy Nagy Group Professional Corporation. He was joined first by Steve Nagy and later, Chad Lamoure, Marla Rice, and Tracy VanPuymbroeck in forming a professional services firm dedicated to helping clients build better businesses. BNG has grown to a team of over fifty members in three locations in South Western Ontario. Mike's extensive community involvement includes posts such as president of the Tillsonburg District Chamber of Commerce, director of Tillsonburg Hydro, past member and chair of Tillsonburg's Economic Development Committee, chair of the Reliving the Legacy capital campaign, mentor for Tillsonburg Junior Achievement and facilitator of a Strategic Coach Goal Cultivator Community. Mike was selected Tillsonburg's Citizen of Year for 2011 and is a recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2012. Mike coached basketball for 20 years at Glendale High School and through the Ontario Basketball Association. Presently, Mike is involved as a director of the Downtown Tillsonburg Business Improvement Area. Mike has spoken professionally on The Kolbe System™ and has also developed and delivered the Advanced Farm Management Program. Pam Corbett

As Team Manager, Pam provides mentorship, guidance and support to the Delhi team. She sets a high standard of excellence for the full range of accounting services delivered through the Delhi office. During her 25+ years with BNG, Pam has worked in all three of our offices and possesses in-depth knowledge of both our operations and our valued clients. While responsible for client relations, initial file reviews and workload management, she is also a key player in the training and development of new team members. Pam's patience, composure and diplomacy continues to earn her the respect and esteem of her team members and lends her the ability to naturally lead. When Pam is not at work, she is a regular supporter of local hockey and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Stacy Nowe

Stacy brings a deep level of commitment to serving our clients, enhanced by her extensive background in the legal aspects of estate administration, wills, power of attorney and other related matters. She combines her in-depth knowledge with a strong sense of integrity, respect and empathy to assist clients through some of the most challenging life events. After 28 years as a Law Clerk and Legal Assistant, Stacy joined the BNG Estate and Trusts team in 2022. As a graduate from Fanshawe College's Legal Assistant Co-Operative Diploma program, she has continued to grow her legal knowledge through ongoing education and training. Stacy has also been a valuable contributor to BNG for over a decade of tax seasons, working after hours to assist with tax assembly and operations support. Growing up on a tobacco farm in LaSalette, Stacy is now a proud resident of Delhi. She strongly believes in giving back to the community through volunteering. As a cheerleading coach, she is committed to helping young people realize their potential through continual encouragement and working with them to build confidence. Stacy also engages these youth in volunteering at local events to help them foster a strong sense of community.

Steve Nagy - CEO, COO, VP

Steve Nagy provides a full range of accounting and business advisory services to BNG's clients across all industries, bringing valuable perspective and first-hand knowledge of agriculture and business operations. Steve is the Director of Operations for all three of BNG's offices, and is responsible for the high-caliber of service and care BNG's compliance services team provides to its clients. Steve is highly regarded by his clients as a valued advisor and his advice is regularly sought before they undertake any significant business decision. Steve graduated from Wilfred Laurier University with a B.A. in Economics and received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1993. More recently, Steve has obtained both his CFP (Certified Financial Planner) and CEA (Certified Executor Advisor) designations in order to assist clients in effectively managing their personal wealth. Steve supports numerous community charitable events and has been involved in various community sports teams over the years.

Tamara Lawson

Tamara joined the BNG team in 2019, bringing with her over 25 years experience in accounting and finance. She has held progressively senior positions in her career to date, serving as Director, Finance and Administration and Controller in various industries. She earned her CPA (legacy CGA) in 2006 and a Bachelor of Applied Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting and Information Technology in 2008. Tamara went on to earn her Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation in 2014. With her diligence and keen organizational skills, she works closely with our Executive Committee and Administrative team to ensure the continuity and efficiency of our internal operations. Tamara and her family live just outside Tillsonburg on their family farm. She enjoys spending time at the lake in the summer with family and friends.
