The technician who came to the house to review my complaint about "operator lights not coming on" gave me complete confidence in his knowledge and ability! He reviewed the complete door and told me that my problem was broken large springs and cracked rollers.'There wasn't anything wrong with my operator." After completing the work of installing new hardware, he invited me to witness the door's performance. THEN, he examined my operator and said the bulbs were screwed in too tightly. After adjusting the bulbs ... to my complete shock ... the lights came on as normal. Thank you Ben!

He took the time to thoroughly explain the scope of work required to fix the broken spring, as well as offer options for upgrades to improve the function and durability of the whole system. Fantastic service! Always happy with the service from Precision Door. James arrive on time and replaced the dead battery backup in minutes. No more incessant beeping and the door works like a charm. The only downside is that these batteries only last a couple of years before needing replacement. We are very happy with our experience with Precision! When we called to make an appointment, they came out later that day! James was extremely knowledgeable and then gave us a variety of options as to what to do to fix the problem. He was extremely personable, well versed with our type of door and then made some recommendations specifically for us. We feel confident having James (and Precision) back at any time for any future repair work, and highly recommend him to friends, family and neighbors! Great job, James and Precision! James is a very knowledgeable garage door technician. He came to help resolve the flashing garage door opener light when the door was in the open position. He noted that the door was quiet and very well balanced. He called a marantec door specialist to review what he had done in the past and whether there were other options he wasn't aware of. He reprogrammed the opener and made minor adjustments to one of the 4 springs to resolve the problem. So far all is great. Thanks James Excellent, professional service by James. He explained and pointed out the discrepancies clearly, took the time to point everything out and laid out options for service. His work is completely professional and ahead of time. Jonathan arrive a ahead of the scheduled time and quickly got me a new garage clicker. In addition he gave the garage a check check and found the roller wheels were was old and flat.
