LOU PANSULLA

A psychoanalyst and licensed clinical social worker, I've been practicing therapy since 1996. In addition to my private practice, I have years of experience in helping people in community mental health, with individuals, couples and families. I have a certification in psychoanalysis from the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy (ICP). I've been trained in EMDR, and a variety of modalities in working with couples and family members. I also contribute to the profession by teaching other therapists/analysts-intraining on the subjects of ‘Relational psychoanalysis' as well as "Active Listening' in a variety of doctoral and psychoanalytic programs. In addition, I supervise numbers of therapists, as well as contributing to writing of research and clinical articles in scientific journals.
