John Vescovo - SVP

Mr. Vescovo, SVP and Chief Audit Executive Officer, has been with the US Metro Bank since November 2021. Prior to coming on board at US Metro Bank, Mr. Vescovo held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer for a large community bank headquartered in Santa Clarita, California. Prior to Bank of Santa Clarita he was the second in charge of the West Coast USA Offices of Integrated Compliance Solutions, LLC, a national audit and compliance consulting firm based out of New York. Prior to ICS Compliance, Mr. Vescovo was the CEO of his own bank consulting firm based in Ojai, California. Mr. Vescovo has also served as the Director of Internal Audit for Affinity Bank, a large regional bank headquartered in Ventura. Further, Mr. Vescovo spent five years in the public accounting arena first with Hutchinson and Bloodgood LLP (Glendale, CA) as the Manager of their Financial Institutions Consulting Division and then with Grobstein, Horwath and Company (now Crowe) as a Senior Audit Manager in their Financial Institutions Group. Mr. Vescovo began his career in 1984 with the U.S. Treasury Department, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, first as a National Bank Examiner and later as a Field Team Leader and Bank Portfolio Manager. During his 15 years with the OCC he became a Commissioned Bank Examiner in 1989. Mr. Vescovo graduated from California State University, Northridge in 1985 with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Administration. Further, he has been a Certified Internal Auditor through the International Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) since May 2006.

Kelvin J. Driscoll

Kelvin Driscoll was raised in Lakewood, California and has studied both nationally and internationally during his undergraduate and graduate careers. Kelvin's public service began as a Staff Liaison to the Education Commission on behalf of then Assembly Speaker Karen Bass. More recently, Kelvin was privileged to serve on the staff of Los Angeles County Supervisor Janice Hahn as Deputy working on initiatives and programs with the state and federal governments. Today, Kelvin works as a Program Director for the Los Angeles County Department of Public Social Services, serving over 10 million residents in 88 cities as the largest social services agency in the United States. Prior to joining Los Angeles County, Kelvin worked with the Homeless Outreach Program, a South Los Angeles not for profit organization which provides social services in the areas of behavioral health, homelessness, and ex-offender re-entry. Kelvin has also had the fortunate opportunity to share the knowledge of his experiences in the classroom with students as an Adjunct Lecturer for both Long Beach Community College and the USC School of Social Work. Kelvin lives in Santa Clarita with his wife Javaneh, daughter Ava, and dog, Abraham Lincoln.

Michelle Allen

Michelle Allen served in the U.S. Navy, holds a BS in Computer Studies, and an MBA. She works as a consultant to the U.S. intelligence community and maintains several security industry and management certifications. Traveling and working all over the world has afforded Michelle the opportunity to learn in many different languages and cultures. She enjoys meeting new people and experiencing other cultures. Michelle is married to David Gerdes, US Air Force (retired). They have four grown children and one adorable grandchild. Michelle is a cancer survivor and gives back by helping others navigate that difficult path.
