Millodon Consulting is as a registered business partnership between Paul Miller, Spatial Data Mapping & Analyst and Shane O'Donoghue, Aquatic Resources Management Consultant, each having approximately 35 years' experience in the marine seismic survey and WA Government management of fish resources, including commercial and recreational fisheries... In 2019 Paul and Shane recognised the need for an experienced and unbiased organisation to help facilitate the regulatory requirements for stakeholder consultation under the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Environment) Regulations 2009 (Environment Regulations), particularly the necessary interactions between the commercial fishing and offshore petroleum exploration industries.
