Armando Fregoso

Avid Modjtabai

Avid Modjtabai was named to the Prologis board of directors in February 2020. In her role as a Prologis board member, she serves on the audit committee. A 27-year Wells Fargo veteran, Ms. Modjtabai was responsible for Wells Fargo's Payments, Virtual Solutions and Innovation (PVSI) group. Previously, Ms. Modjtabai served in various leadership roles at Wells Fargo, including group head for Wells Fargo Consumer Lending and Chief Information Officer, head of the Technology and Operations Group and director of Human Resources. In 2015, Ms. Modjtabai was named one of the "Most Powerful Women in Banking" by American Banker. Ms. Modjtabai has a Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Stanford University and an MBA in finance from Columbia University. Ms. Modjtabai serves on the audit committee of the board.

Carl B. Webb

Carl Webb has been a director of Prologis, previously named AMB Property Corporation, since 2007. In his current role as a Prologis board member, he serves as the chair of the audit committee. He is a co-managing member of Ford Financial Fund II, L.P., a Dallas-based private equity firm with a focus on equity investments in financial services nationally. Mr. Webb was also chief executive officer and a board member of Pacific Capital Bancorp and chairman and chief executive officer of Pacific Capital Bank, N.A., until 2012, when these companies were merged with UnionBanCal Corporation. In addition, Mr. Webb has served as consultant to Hunter's Glen/Ford, Ltd., a private investment partnership, since 2002. He served as the co-chairman of Triad Financial SM LLC, a privately held financial services company, from 2007 to 2009, and was the interim president and chief executive officer from 2005 to 2007. Previously, Mr. Webb was the president, chief operating officer and director of Golden State Bancorp Inc. and its subsidiary, California Federal Bank, FSB, from 1994 to 2002. Prior to his affiliation with California Federal Bank, FSB, Mr. Webb was the president and CEO of First Madison Bank, FSB (from 1993 to 1994) and First Gibraltar Bank, FSB (from 1988 to 1993), as well as president and director of First National Bank at Lubbock (from 1983 to 1988). In addition to Prologis, Mr. Webb is a director of Hilltop Holdings, Inc. He is a former director of M & F Worldwide Corporation and Plum Creek Timber Company. Mr. Webb received a Bachelor of Business Administration from West Texas A&M University and a graduate banking degree from Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University.

Colleen McKeown - CHRO

Colleen McKeown, as Prologis' chief human resources officer, oversees all aspects of human resources. She is responsible for facilities in North America, as well as leading global people strategy as it relates to culture, compensation, learning and development, organization and people analytics. Before working at Prologis, Ms. McKeown was the chief human resource officer for zulily, an e-commerce company she helped grow to more than 3,000 employees and take public, working through the sale to Liberty Interactive in 2017. She opened and staffed three major zulily distribution centers in the U.S. and one in China. Before zulily, Ms. McKeown worked as the head of HR for several companies owned by a private equity firm, including ON Semiconductor where she led human resources, security and facilities to help complete a number of acquisitions. During those seven years, she grew the company's operations to over 24,000 employees in 31 countries. Prior to that, Ms. McKeown consulted with the HR and Labor Relations teams at USAirways. As the chief administrative officer at eFunds corporation, Ms. McKeown helped set up India operations and completed a successful IPO. At Northwest Airlines, she held the roles of chief labor negotiator, regional vice president for national and corporate sales North America, and director of HR. Ms. McKeown holds bachelor degrees in economics and history from Tufts University and a master's in labor and industrial relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Cristina G. Bita

Ms. Bita is a Vice President of Finance at Google and Business Finance Officer for Google's devices and services organizations, as well as global marketing. She has served in a number of finance leadership roles since joining Google in 2006 across a range of business areas, including Global Partnerships and Business Development, Global Sales and Consumer Products. Prior to Google, Ms. Bita spent six years with Siemens/Osram, where she held various positions in Business Unit Controllership and Corporate FP&A. Ms. Bita holds a Master of Science in Finance from the Boston College Carroll School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from Salem State University. Ms. Bita is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Ms. Bita serves on the audit committee of the board.

Dan Letter - President

As President, Dan Letter is responsible for the company's global real estate operations and capital deployment activities across the 19 countries in which Prologis operates. Prior to this role he served as the global head of Capital Deployment, where he was responsible for the company's Investment Committee, deployment forecasting, deployment pipeline management and multi-market portfolio acquisitions and dispositions. He previously held the role of managing director, Capital Deployment of the West Region, and president, Central Region, where he was responsible for all activities, including development, acquisitions and operations. He joined AMB in 2004 and has served at multiple levels across the Central and West Regions of the U.S. Mr. Letter has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Marquette University. He is active in Urban Land Institute, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and is on the advisory board for the Marquette University Center for Real Estate.

David P. O'Connor

David P. O'Connor was named to the Prologis board of directors in January 2015. In his current role as a Prologis board member, he serves on the compensation committee. He is a private investor and managing partner of High Rise Capital Partners, LLC, and was the co-founder and senior managing partner of High Rise Capital Management LP, a New York-based real estate securities hedge fund manager that operated from 2001 to 2011. From 1994 to 2000, he was a principal, co-portfolio manager and investment committee member of European Investors, Inc., a real estate investment trust investor. Mr. O'Connor also serves on the board of Regency Centers Corporation, a publicly traded real estate investment trust that specializes in shopping centers. He is a former director of Paramount Group, Inc., a publicly traded real estate investment trust and office property management company, and Songbird Estates PLC, the former majority owner of London's Canary Wharf. Mr. O'Connor received a Master of Science in real estate from New York University and a Bachelor of Science from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Edward S. Nekritz - Chief Legal Officer

Ed Nekritz serves as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel. He oversees the provision of all legal services for Prologis on a worldwide basis. Furthermore, he leads Prologis' Risk Management, Environmental and Government Affairs departments. Ed focuses significant efforts on Prologis' strategic initiatives, including mergers & acquisitions, global investment funds and portfolio transactions. He also serves as the secretary to the Prologis Board of Directors. Ed joined Prologis as a Vice President in 1995. Previously, he was with the international law firm of Mayer, Brown & Platt (now Mayer Brown), where he practiced real estate and corporate law from 1990 to 1995. Ed serves on the Junior Achievement Rocky Mountain Board of Directors and Executive Committee and is the Chairman of the Board of the Staenberg-Loup Jewish Community Center in Denver. He received his JD from the University of Chicago Law School and his BA, with honors, from Harvard College.

Eugene F. Reilly

Gene Reilly is Prologis' vice chairman. Previously, Mr. Reilly served as chief investment officer and was responsible for all capital deployment activities globally. Prior to that, he was Prologis' CEO of the Americas. Mr. Reilly joined AMB Property Corporation in 2003 and has more than three decades of experience in real estate investment, management, development and private capital. Before joining AMB, he was chief investment officer of Cabot Properties, Inc., a private equity industrial real estate firm at which he served as a founding partner and member of its investment committee and board of directors. Mr. Reilly has served on the board of directors of Grupo Acción, S.A. de C.V., a leading development company in Mexico and Strategic Hotels and Resorts, Inc., a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), where he has served as national chairman, the national board director, NAIOP Foundation board member and Massachusetts chapter board director. He holds an A.B. degree in economics from Harvard College.

Gary E. Anderson - COO

Gary Anderson is Prologis' chief operating officer. He leads the company's horizontal business initiatives globally, ensuring operational excellence and driving strategic innovation across the globe. He also oversees Prologis Essentials, a customer-focused digital platform of logistics solutions designed to create additional value beyond the company's real estate offerings. Mr. Anderson is a member of the Prologis Executive Committee, which sets the company's strategic direction, and he is a permanent member of the Prologis Investment Committee, which reviews all capital allocation decisions. Mr. Anderson previously served as Prologis' CEO of Europe and Asia from 2011 to 2019 and as Prologis' head of global operations and investment management until the merger with AMB Property Corporation in 2011. Prior to this, he was the company's president of Europe and the Middle East, as well as chairman of the European Operating Committee. From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Anderson was the managing director responsible for investment and development in the company's Southwest and Mexico regions. Prior to 2003, he led successive regional and local offices in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington and Oregon, and he was one of two individuals responsible for directing the establishment and expansion of Prologis' business in Mexico. Prior to Prologis, Mr. Anderson was with Security Capital Group, Inc., a diversified real estate investment company, where he focused on capital markets, investments and strategy and worked with a small group to develop Security Capital Industrial's (now Prologis) global expansion strategy. Mr. Anderson is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization - Gold. He serves on the board of directors for Colorado UpLift and the Prologis Foundation. He received his MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA and his Bachelor of Arts from Washington State University.

George L. Fotiades

Mr. Fotiades served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Cantel Medical Corp., a provider of infection prevention and control products, from 2019 to 2021. Mr. Fotiades was an operating partner at Five Arrows Capital Partners (Rothschild Merchant Banking) from April 2017 until March 2019. From April 2007 to April 2017, Mr. Fotiades was a partner, healthcare investments at Diamond Castle Holdings, LLP, a private equity firm. Mr. Fotiades was chairman of Catalent Pharma Solutions, Inc., a provider of advanced technologies for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and consumer health companies, from June 2007 to February 2010. Mr. Fotiades is Chairman of the board of AptarGroup, Inc., a global dispensing systems company, and is vice chairman of the board of Cantel Medical Corp. He previously served on the board of Alberto-Culver Company, a consumer products company specializing in hair and skin care products. Mr. Fotiades was previously the president and chief operating officer of Cardinal Health, Inc. and also served as president and chief executive officer of Cardinal's Pharmaceutical Technologies and Services segment. Mr. Fotiades also served as president of Warner- Lambert's consumer healthcare business, as well as in other senior positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Wyeth, and Procter & Gamble. Mr. Fotiades holds a Master of Management from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College.

Hamid R. Moghadam - CEO, Chairman, Founder

Hamid Moghadam is Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO of Prologis. In 1983, Mr. Moghadam co-founded the company's predecessor, AMB Property Corporation, and led it through its initial public offering in 1997, as well as its merger with Prologis in 2011. Mr. Moghadam is a trustee emeritus of Stanford University and currently serves on the boards of Stanford Management Company (former Chair), Stanford Health Care and the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Previously, he served as a trustee and as a member on the board's executive committee for the Urban Land Institute, Chairman of NAREIT and REITPAC, and as a member of several other philanthropic, community, and corporate boards. Mr. Moghadam received the 2013 Ernst & Young National Entrepreneur of the Year Overall Award and is a recipient of the Ellis Island Medal of Honor. He has been named CEO of the Year and received multiple lifetime achievement awards from leading publications and industry organizations, including Harvard Business Review, which in their latest rankings, voted him as the #17 Best Performing CEO in the world. Mr. Moghadam received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor and Master of Science in engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Irving F. Lyons III

Mr. Lyons served as Prologis' chief investment officer from 1997 to 2004 (president and CIO from 1999 to 2001 and vice chairman from 2001 to 2004). Prior to this, he was a managing director from 1993 to 1997. Mr. Lyons joined Prologis when King & Lyons, an industrial real estate management and development company based in San Francisco, was acquired by Prologis in 1993. Mr. Lyons had been the managing general partner in that firm since its inception in 1979 and was one of its principals at the time of acquisition. In addition to Prologis, Mr. Lyons serves on the boards of Essex Property Trust, Inc., and Equinix, Inc. Mr. Lyons received an MBA from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering and operations research from the University of California at Berkeley.
