Ben Colvin

Ben applies 25+ years of executive-level, global business leadership perspective to his leadership consulting and coaching practice. In support of his mission to expand diversification of leadership benches, Ben authored Where Are Tomorrow's Leaders? A white paper about why bench strength is lagging, why it matters and how to neutralize unconscious bias before it's too late. At the Alliance for Positive Change, Ben developed the pro-bono coaching program for peers moving back into the workforce and The Alliance manager leadership development program.
