My responsibilities include the management and global operations of Strategic Wealth, Inc. Within my roles as co-owner and Operations Manager, I ensure that our personnel, processes and systems are working in sync. The combination of working with family and serving others drives me to succeed on a regular basis and I'm continually looking for ways to improve our business. My husband, Shawn, and I have owned Strategic Wealth, Inc. together since its inception in 2013. Prior to that, I worked in banking for two years in addition to my experience as an elementary school teacher. Today, my passion lies in working directly with clients, helping them discover the elements and details within their own circumstances. I take pride in being the glue that helps hold our family and practice together and it's important to me that this is demonstrated to our team and our clients. Originally from Laurie, MO, I grew up on my family's resort and am familiar with the local nuances of Lake of the Ozarks. It is a great place to raise a family, has beautiful scenery and a small town feel with the amenities of a larger city. I love living here with my family - Shawn and our four daughters, Olivia, Sophia, Clara and Eva. They are the primary reason for my career change and I enjoy being with them in and out of the office. When I'm not working or spending time with loved ones, I remain actively involved in our local church, our community and our local school district.

Ori is a recent graduate from Central Methodist University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Banking & Finance. He is an avid golfer, attended CMU on a golf scholarship, and his love for the game continues today. He is the oldest of three brothers, and in his free time (in addition to golf), enjoys watching movies, playing games, and having fun with his friends, family and dog Stella. Ori believes helping others is one of life's greatest pleasures, which is a natural fit with his role at SWI. One of Ori's favorite aspects of his day is getting to meet and talk to new people, and learning their unique stories. He is incredibly sharp, a hard worker, and fits seamlessly into our team and culture at SWI!

Hello! I'm Rodney Graham and am a proud member of the Strategic Wealth, Inc. family. I began my financial services career in 1998 and have known Shawn Manuel for over 25 years. He and I managed banks together for Arvest Bank Group and have also owned several successful companies together. Today, I'm a licensed financial planner and my experience ranges from insurance to financial planning with over a decade in leadership in the banking industry.

As a licensed financial planner and the founder of Strategic Wealth, Inc., I'm proud to have the opportunity to serve clients in over 20 states from beautiful Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri. I'm a veteran in the financial services industry, with over two decades of experience, including bank management, insurance, investments and financial planning. Today, I primarily work with self-made individuals seeking to accelerate the growth of their wealth and mitigate risk alongside a dedicated and trusted advisor. Within my career, I've learned the value of exceeding expectations. Because we are in the service business, communication and transparency are key to maintaining great relationships. Through our data driven processes and results, we're able to provide financial services that show how far you've come, along with key strategies to help you go even further. My wife of 25 years, Erin, and our four daughters have lived at Lake of the Ozarks for the past 15 years. Together, we immensely enjoy outdoor activities with our labradoodle, Clarke. When I'm not working or spending time with family, I serve on the Morgan County R2 School Board, Habitat for Humanity of Morgan County Board, Woodbury President's Advisory Council, and teach at Financial Peace University.
