Jamie had always appreciated beautiful suits and shirts, admiring pristinely dressed actors, and the bygone tailoring of the mobsters they often portrayed. His first suit was purchased aged twelve, affirming that this was his set look for life.

Matt's passion for bespoke formalwear was sparked the moment he took his first job as a shop-hand in a shirt-makers and tailors. Honing his craft, Matt measured and designed a wide variety of bespoke items during his ten-year tenure. While developing the art of incorporating individual customer requirements and preferences into shirt and suit making, he progressed from shop junior to production manager and director.
