Darren Broadhead is a global leadership specialist in health, safety and well-being. He's also a Chartered Fellow of IOSH. His expertise is in transforming the performance of senior management teams from the CEO, MD and directors to their junior managers - and, ultimately, their organisations.
Because Darren makes a very real difference to businesses, his work takes him all over the world - he's worked in six continents, in more than 50 countries. Over the last 25 years, he's worked in a broad range of sectors including construction, construction materials, quarrying, manufacturing, automotive, aeronautical, food and drink and packaging.
Nearly all of Darren's work is through recommendations and referrals.
Katy Broadhead is responsible for the strategic direction of the business and has a sharp focus on the UK and global markets. She's played a leading role in developing Broadhead Global's highly successful business philosophy Broadly Thinking. This has proved to be effective and commercially positive for clients as well as future-proof - and continues to drive the business forward.
She interacts with a variety of clients, industries and people. She's actively passionate about changing behaviour and influencing engagement through a ‘hearts and minds' approach, believing it can make a huge difference to people by increasing employee engagement and driving business performance.
Previously, she worked across the UK and around the world within multinational blue-chip companies such as Mars, Mondelez and Fonterra, in both technical and commercial roles.
