David Schuett was born and raised on his family farm in southwest Wisconsin. After graduating from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1982, he moved to Dillon and worked for a local veterinary clinic. He purchased his first ranch south of Dillon in 1984. He left the local clinic in 1985 to open his own large animal practice. There, he had the opportunity to work with some of the largest cow/calf producers in Beaverhead County. Over the past 35 years, he purchased various ranches and built his land base to over 30,000 acres. His farm/ranch operation grows over 22,000 tons of hay along with 350,000 bushels of small grains, runs over 1,500 mother cows and operates a custom farming, haying and harvesting operation.
In the early 1990s, David purchased the local implement dealership in Dillon. In 2012, his dealership merged with another to form one of the largest implement dealerships in Western Montana. When David isn't on the ranch or in a tractor, you can find him at the dealership helping customers with their equipment or offering ranching advice.
Leveraging 35 years of experience managing ranches and conducting significant land transactions, David helped found 18 Land Co. to serve as an advisor and consultant. He is eager to share his knowledge and expertise gained over the years to help others achieve their ranch management goals.
Kathy Peterson grew up in West Yellowstone, Montana where she enjoyed the outdoors and all the adventures that come with living in a small town just outside of Yellowstone National Park. After graduating from West Yellowstone High School, Kathy received her Bachelor's Degree in Political Science/History and Business Administration/Accounting at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. She went on to get her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies at The College of Great Falls. After college Kathy married Mark Peterson, her high school sweetheart, and made Dillon their home.
Kathy acquired her Real Estate license in the spring of 2018 and is thankful she is able to work each day in this community. She has a passion for real estate and enjoys working with clients to assist in buying or selling. For those moving to the area, she wants to convey the kindness of the Dillon community, and the beauty of building a life here. Kathy is kind, and honest, and understands the emotional aspect of purchasing a home and considers it a privilege to be a part of your process in doing so. She prides herself on building meaningful relationships with her clients and views going above and beyond as an intrinsic part of that process. Driven to succeed, she will find what you need, whether buying or selling, and assist you in completing your transaction in a smooth and timely manner.
Kathy's passion and enthusiasm for all things Montana is evident in her everyday interactions. When she's not selling real estate, she can be found trail running, mountain biking, and chasing sunsets with her husband. She enjoys traveling, concerts, landscaping, hunting, fishing, camping, family time and playing outdoors with her dog, Zoey.
Keith Handlos was born and raised in Ennis, Montana where he enjoyed the outdoors and small town atmosphere. After graduating from Ennis High School, Keith attended the University of Montana Western where he met his wife, Janelle. The couple moved to Dillon where Janelle is employed as an athletic trainer at University of Montana Western. The couple keeps busy following their son, Taylor, to athletic events and getting outside to enjoy the outdoors.
In spring 2005, Keith joined Bramlette and Company Realtors as a licensed assistant to Tom Bramlette. For the next seven years, Keith served as Tom's assistant with a focus on farm and ranch sales. Keith credits Tom's mentorship for his success as a real estate broker today. After Tom's passing, Keith joined Beaverhead Home and Ranch with a focus on farm and ranch sales. In 2019, Keith helped found 18 Land Company where he serves as Managing Broker.
Since 2005, Keith has been involved in many farm and ranch transactions in the state of Montana, ranging from large agricultural operations to small recreational properties on lakes, streams and rivers. He considers himself fortunate to have worked with incredible people on the buying and selling side of real estate during his career. Keith looks forward to the opportunity to maintain these relationships and looks forward to meeting new people who he can put his experience to use.

Peri Suenram is a fourth generation Montanan and a life-long equestrian. Having spent her entire life in Beaverhead and Madison counties, Peri has an intimate knowledge of the beautiful landscape that makes up Southwest Montana. She and her husband currently own and operate a small ranching and farming operation in Beaverhead and Madison counties.
Peri is a graduate of the University of Montana Western. She spent nearly 40 years working for the U.S. Forest Service where she gained extensive expertise in resource management and environmental issues. Additionally, Peri has been in the real estate industry for more than 15 years. With her professional background in resource management and her on-the-ground experience in ranching, she is particularly interested in helping clients select the ranching and recreational properties of their dreams.
Peri has competed in numerous equestrian events, but her current passion is cutting. She actively competes throughout the western United States. When not working or on a horse, Peri enjoys numerous outdoor activities, including fishing, traveling and college football.
