Christian graduated from Texas A&M Commerce in 2016 with a master's degree in business administration and spent twelve years as an Army Signal/Intelligence officer before transitioning to an inactive reserve status in 2022. He enjoys spending time with his family, working on and flipping cars, researching ways to leverage new technology, studying business, and being a part of his church community. Before and in addition to ALX: Christian's real estate journey began in 2019 when he converted his primary residence into a single-family rental. He then progressed to flipping houses, Airbnb arbitrage, and ultimately ventured into commercial real estate. As of 2022, Christian owns and manages 110,000 square feet of Texas commercial real estate, primarily in self-storage. Christian and his family live in Grapevine, TX.

Seth graduated from Texas Tech University in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in advertising and has since taken on and held a wide variety of real estate management positions. Some of his favorite things include spending time with his family, watching Texas Tech football, gaming with friends, innovating cooking, and studying scripture. Before ALX: General Manager with Conrad Homes - managed business administration, vendor relations, transaction coordination, and third-party relations. Seth also has experience as a licensed real estate agent and residential property manager (SFR and MF). Seth, his wife, and their son live in Southlake, TX.
Shane graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in mechanical engineering and enjoyed a long, successful career in the oil and gas industry. He enjoys spending time with his growing family, traveling with his wife, working outside, and being an active member of Gateway Church. Before and in addition to ALX: Worked in the oil and gas industry for forty years, twenty-five years with Shell Oil Company and fifteen years with XTO Energy, where he was involved in engineering, operations, construction, property evaluation, and general management. In 2014, he retired from XTO as Director, Natural Gas Facilities. Principal of Conrad Capital, LLC - actively invests in residential development, residential new construction, and multifamily properties. Shane and his wife live in Southlake, TX.
