During law school, she focused her studies and practical skills in Family Law and worked throughout law school as a law clerk for two separate family law firms in Minneapolis. Alaina also gained experience as an extern in Ramsey County and Washington County observing judicial officers and attending trainings and workshops.

Richard D. Crabb grew up Woodbury, MN. After graduating high school, Richard went on to obtain his Bachelors Degree in Biology from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY (yeah he's a smarty pants) and later his law degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, MN.
Following law school, Richard clerked for a judge in the First Judicial District in Dakota County. It was in that role Richard attained a special affinity for family law cases, seeing the direct impact attorneys were having on the lives of their clients.
Richard focuses his practices in the area of family law, with a special emphasis on cases involving military members and law enforcement. Richard also practices in the area of criminal defense law.

Stephanie J. Hill grew up in small town Detroit Lakes, MN. After graduating high school, Stephanie went on to obtain her Bachelors Degree in American Law and Legal Systems from Hamline University in St. Paul, MN and later her law degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, MN.
Prior to attending law school, Stephanie was introduced to the family court system as a responding party in a family law matter. After nearly two years of litigation, five days of trial and $50,000+ in legal fees, Stephanie prevailed. Stephanie became an attorney to help others faced with divorce and related family law issues. No one understands the stakes better than someone who has been in your very same shoes, and knows first-hand what you stand to lose.
