Charlotte is responsible for supporting the East & South East London residential lettings teams, based in our Canary Wharf residential agency office.
Charlotte has worked within the residential estate agency industry for over nine years, gaining a thorough understanding of both the sales and lettings markets across our UK business. Her knowledge and experience and ‘hands-on' approach have been instrumental in the growth of the JLL London Lettings business.
Appointed as the ARLA Regional Representative for City of London, Docklands and Stratford, Charlotte acts as the main conduit between the regional members and head office. She is the primary point of contact for the ARLA PR agency and fully supports and endorses professionalism and excellence within the industry.

She is responsible for JLL's sustainability leadership position in the UK marketplace and with clients, as well as driving JLL's internal environmental and social performance across our own estate and workforce.
