They began cleaning Malls for a local Arizona Developer, that expanded into Banks, Office Buildings, and eventually parking lot sweeping and a pressure washing company. In 1986, Jeffrey Kunz, current CEO and son of Paul, began cleaning commercial buildings in the Phoenix area and eventually started another location in Oklahoma, where we also operate.
