The Laurel Redevelopment Corporation provides leadership, expertise, and funding to foster and sustain economic development for the Laurel community and its citizens... We provide leadership, creative funding, and expertise to promote and sustain economic development in Laurel. We do this primarily by obtaining¸ rehabilitating, repurposing, managing, and selling now-redeveloped properties. We use the proceeds from leasing and or selling these properties, as well as new grants and funding sources, to repeat the cycle with new distressed properties.
