Lionheart Squared is led by Karima Saini who brings over 12 years of data protection and privacy expertise. She assists household brands, including global big-four consultancies, news and media, national broadcasting charitable trust, and international bank trusts prepare for and implement data privacy policies, procedures and practices mandated by privacy rules (like GDPR) and best practices (like OECD, Fair Information Practices).
Karima fosters informed and balanced approaches to data privacy governance, risk management, and compliance to help organisations enhance their data protection capability maturity. She has interacted with government regulators since 2011. As early as 2008, she spearheaded privacy-by-design at the platform development stage, implemented privacy training and directed privacy impact assessment reviews
