MYTTON AND MERMAID

We are fortunate here at the Mytton & Mermaid that Stuart loves a good challenge, as when offered the chance to be part of the restoration of our beautiful pub he just couldn't resist. Stuart, his fiancée, Jem, their two young children, Alfie and Poppy and not forgetting dog, Biscuit now reside locally and are very much enjoying exploring the wonderful county of Shropshire. They assure us this is their last move!... Luke joined us in January 2017 but is no stranger to the world of B&P. Luke has been with the company since 2011 and through hard work and passion for great food, he's worked his way up the ranks. Luke has helped train and open all our new pub kitchens, locally the Oakley Arms in Brewood and the Physician in Birmingham and also run the kitchen at the Woodbridge Inn, Coalport. Luke is a rising star in B&P and we are extremely lucky to have his talent here at the Mytton & Mermaid. When not behind the pass he enjoys letting someone else cook for a change and is an avid Ed..
