Welcome to the Stoney Middleton Well Dressing Society Web Site. The aims of the Society are to maintain & promote the custom of Well Dressing for present & future generations. Our Well Dressing Week normally takes place in July and incorporates a week of varied activities for all ages, these include: concerts, treasure hunts quizzes, community hymn singing, children's events, sports events & fell race to name but a few... Profits from Well Dressing Week are ploughed back into the village community with substantial grants being awarded to local organisations...
