Alex has been delivering custom-built WordPress websites for a broad range of clients since joining Hillside in 2016. His background in graphic design ensures that effective and clear communication is given careful consideration, whilst placing user experience at the forefront.
Fiona is our trusty accountant, making a weekly visit to our studio to crunch the numbers that are there to be crunched. When not here, she'll mostly likely be down in Peebles, helping Neil and the rest of the Hillside Outside team plan for their next big event.
A Graphic Designer with over 20 years of professional experience from Scandinavia to Scotland, Monica's creative ambitions have helped shape much of Hillside's creative output. Her vision has been pivotal in helping organisations of all sizes engage with their audience and stand out from their competitors.

Neil is the company's founder and has been involved in communication design since 1985. Although much of Neil's time is spent running Hillside's sister company Hillside Outside, he remains involved in the creative process, able to provide expertise and guidance during development and provides a key role during the creation of ideas.
Sergi has more than 15 years' experience as a Web Developer, building fast loading, responsive and accessible websites. He specialises in bespoke WordPress development and enjoys helping people translate ideas into design & code.
