Currently I am a Doctoral student at Duquesne University in Instructional Technology and Leadership. My research focuses on online learning pedagogy, and online course design in the field of TESOL. The main focus of my interests and work is on improving instructional design as well as teacher training for both on and offline learning environments... I have worked as a TESOL professional in 3 countries (Turkey,South Korea,and the U.S.A), which includes TESOL teacher training, English for Academic Purposes, English for Specific Purposes, and General English. In addition to foreign and second language instruction, I also create content and curriculum for both online and face-to-face classes in a variety of subject areas... Education is a human right, not a privilege, and I believe that technology has the power to make that a reality.
